- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Bulk or palletized orders may require additional handling time.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight partners for oversized or palletized items.
- Carrier and delivery speed may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Freight shipments may incur additional charges based on location or delivery requirements.
Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after the order leaves our facility.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@wholesalesavings.com.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
- For bulk or freight orders outside this area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Freight Shipping Policy
For large, bulk, or palletized orders, Wholesale Savings uses LTL (Less-than-Truckload) and freight carriers to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.
Freight Eligibility
- Orders that exceed standard carrier size/weight limits will be shipped via freight.
- You will be notified at checkout or contacted directly if freight shipping applies.
Delivery Locations
- Freight shipments must be delivered to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift.
- Residential or limited-access locations may require special arrangements and incur additional charges.
- Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee.
Freight Scheduling
- Once your order is ready, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
- Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive and inspect the shipment.
Inspecting Your Freight Delivery
- Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect your shipment thoroughly.
- If there is visible damage, note it on the receipt before signing.
- For concealed damage, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
Missed Deliveries or Refusals
- Missed appointments, incorrect addresses, or delivery refusals may result in:
- Re-delivery fees
- Storage fees
- Return shipping charges
- These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
