Final Sale & No Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

By placing an order with Wholesale Savings, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Condition of Sale

  • All products are sold as-is and without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.

  • Products may be overstock, closeout, discontinued, liquidation, or otherwise sold below retail market value.

  • You, the buyer, assume all risk related to the purchase, use, condition, and suitability of the items.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for any reason, including (but not limited to) the following:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect size, color, model, or quantity

    • Item not meeting expectations

    • Cosmetic damage to packaging

    • Transit-related wear or dents unless the item itself is non-functional

    • Ordering mistakes by the customer

Refund Exceptions (Extremely Limited)

We may review refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The item is materially different from the product description (e.g. received the wrong item or SKU).

  • The product is non-functional upon arrival and this is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo documentation and proof.

Even in these rare cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny the refund based on evidence,

  • Issue a store credit instead of a refund,

  • Require the return of the product before processing any resolution.

No Warranty or Guarantees

Wholesale Savings makes no guarantees of product performance or shelf life, and assumes no liability for how the product is used once delivered. Products may not carry manufacturer warranties, and no aftermarket guarantees are implied or offered by Wholesale Savings.

Responsibility of the Buyer

  • The buyer is solely responsible for confirming product details, compatibility, and condition prior to purchase.

Jurisdiction
